Just got around to going to Tx Land and Cattle for the first time and I had a small smoked sirloin that was pretty good considering. Has anyone around here smoked a sirloin before? If so, how'd you do it? Temp, direct/indirect, etc.[p]Thanks.

cbs,
We use then very often, I rub, cook indirect, mopping hourly. Do not over cook I like to cook a litte higher temps (because it allows you to have med well exterior and still have rare- med rare inside). Don't take past 130 internal in the center, it will continue to raise in temp while it rest (cover loosly with foil).[p]The mop I like to use is a product called Bourbon-Q, you can find it on line.
