i am not a huge salmon fan but we are trying to eat a little healthier. no pics on the egg and this was a super simple cook. evoo and louisiana fish rub and cooked direct at 400 on the large at gasket level with the adj. rig.

Graham...That looks great! Salmon, cooked direct, is an excellent meal! Looks like you did a great job, and nice choice on sides.

i've seen it Clark and it sounds great. hope to try it next time. tonight i didn't have much time so we kind of threw it together. i have a buddy that modifies that recipe by marinating in bourbon and orange juice before the cook. want to try that too!
