Anyone had success doing this vs. indirect? With the relatively low temp, would they tend to burn?

  • JPINaz,
I dry rub babybacks overnight.I use eggsetter to raise up grill.I then put them in the inverted v-rack. I use full racks 2 or 3 at a time. I cook at 250 for 60-90 minutes. My wife likes them with some ssuce on them. I take them off put whatever BBQ sauce on them and wrap in tin foil for another hour at 200.They are super moist and fall apart nicely.
