What sauce & rub did you use?
ThanksBGE'er since 1996 Large BGE 1996, Small BGE 1996, Mini BGE 1997 -
I used bbq 3000 from Penzies and my own concoction for sauce I use about 1/3 .KC original' apple juice' vinegar and pomegranite juice very ligthly
