Today I got a real kick out of an inexpensive gift that re-surfaced memories from at least 50 years ago. Let me explain...being in the midwest it rains here on a regular basis. Other than for work for which I have a nice London Fog rain coat, I don't happen to own any other such rain apparel. Well, not too long ago I was egging in a major downpour for several hours and I got soaked and stayed soaked! Today my wife surprised me with a cool rain poncho from Wally World - a $5.84 new toy...and you know what?...that reversible thing is safety yellow on one side but BGE green on the other!
PS. Sometimes wifey says my boat floats pretty high in the water - whatever that means! 8^)
