In all this time I don't recall ever cooking wings. These are separated pieces.
I saw AZRP's hot sauce mix and figured it was time to give it a try.
I need to cook the wings and am guessing direct 350° and guessing 20 to 30 minutes. Then in the AZRP hot sauce and serve.
Any better ideas would be most appreciated.

GG, I don't think this is your 1st cook, just 'wing' it. Mike

Winging it right now, right now. Not the first cook but the first wing cook.
3 racks of spare's are looking pretty darn good though.

If you need any help with the spares just post. Mike

Cooked my first ones the other night direct at 350 for about 30 minutes.

I've been cooking my wings like this for years and perfect everytime.
Put wings on a cookie sheet and air dry in fridge for a few hours if possible.
Put on seasoning of your choice. I like Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin.
Cook at 300 degrees, direct, raised grid for about 1 hour. Turn about every 10-15 mins.
Get the heat up to about 375 for the last 15 mins. or so to crisp them up. -
I like indirect, about 375° for about an hour, then 15 min more with sauce, or dry if you like. Less flipping than with direct.
