Cooking in Smithvile Tonight

Lakeshore Living Outdoor Elements, many helpful friends and myself are at the Poultry Fest tomorrow. We are releasing my first and new product called Cluck & Squeal(TM) BBQ RUB SEASONING. It is an International Blend of Barbequeing Cultures. It is not your typical Southern BBQ style (which southern styles are all good).

We are cooking a total of 28 pork butts in 2 large eggs and 4 XL eggs. We are also firing up the Fontanna woodoven from Italy for the first time. We are probably roasting 250 to 300 wings at a time. Everything is rubbed with Cluck and Squeal Rub. If there are any of you in the area come on by for a Combo - Pulled Pork on a Bun and 1/2 lb of wings for $10.00. The cook has started at 3:30pm today and we are going through the night with BBQ Guru Cyber Q assitance.
