We absolutley loved these first 5 attempts at pizza on the Egg. Did 5 in all...550 dome indirect- parchment paper on stone, raised by egg feet. 15-17 min.

1st one...I let (store bought) dough sit on counter for 30 min or so....got thicker, and darker on edges.???? It was great regardless! Bottom line...I need to learn to make dough easily...and the local pizza joints are gonna lose our business. Family will be keeping my on my feet for Egg'd pies now. :)

This is something I got from a local (sandwich/cheese steak/pizza) place right up the road from me. (Snuzzle's -Lyon's, PA). CLAMS CASINO PIZZA! A ton of Baby clams, bacon, red and green pepper, onion, garlic, lemon jce, wht wine, butter. Topped with Colby Jack/Cheddar mix. IT WAS AWESOME!

I had a seafood pizza during Lent. I must give that a try on the old Egg. Thank you for the reminder and congrats on the nice looking pies.
