If I see no smoke coming from the EGG is it still smoking ?
I put a few Maple Chunks all over the Lump.
Sorry for all the questions. First time smoking ribs and with people coming, I everything to come out.

Gary...Waft your hand over what is coming out of the top of the egg for your answer. I'll be surprised if you don't smell smoke, even though you can't see it.
