BGE shout out (THANKS) to Sparky

I wanted to publicly express my thanks to Sparky for helping to refurbish a gently used Small BGE I purchased for my Dad's father's day present.

He generously donated a gently removed small BGE handle to replace the worn one on the egg we bought off craigslist. It is the most obvious issue we have with the "little egg".

And, we also got a bottle of homegrown rub (pictured to the right of the handle cradled by the bully).

We are still trying to clean up the exterior of the egg as it has weathered and the ceramic has faded. Any suggestions are welcome. The countdown is on.

Thanks again Sparky for helping me out! I'll send photos of the refurb when we are finished.

I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. If Sparky is happy to build me a table, I'm happy to have a table! LOL.

Seriously, I am very excited to present my dad with his Egg. I hope he loves it as much as we do :P
