Breakfast Burritos

I have decided that I definitely need a cast iron grid and skillet. But until then I made breakfast this morning the "traditional" way (oven/stove).

- Skillet Potatos w/ Onions
- Mission tortillas (leftover from fajitas last night)
- Bacon
- Scrambled egg whites (healthier option)
- Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Medium salsa
- and Sour Cream

These are quickly becoming a family favorite.

    Yum, that looks good! Gotta love the multiple uses for tortillas! We are fans of using them to wrap up just about any kind of leftovers too - just add cheese! :laugh: I purchased a small Lodge cast skillet that I think was less than $25 - I've used it over and over, for quesadillas, pressed sandwiches, etc.
