We were entertaining last night so I decided have a little fun on the LBGE. Grilled some Filets, onions and pineapple. Rubbed the filets and onion slices in EVO and DP Raising the Steaks. Brushed the pineapple in some Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce and then sprinkled them with DP Pineapple Head. I was actually surprised how easily this cooked worked out. I was unsure how the timing of cooking all these would work but it did well. I got the fire going and when the grille got to 500 on the way to 650 I put on the onions to cook as the egg got to steak heat. Took the onions off as I was putting the filets on and then placed the pineapple on the shut down egg, still at about 400, while the filets rested for 5 min.

Onions were a little over-juiced. Everybody loved it though!
