Fajita Night

Howdy Gang, fixed up some fajitas for the family and friends tonight. I used Alton Brown's quick marinade and seared the Skirt Steak 90 seconds per side at about 650. The chicken cooked a little longer at much lower temps.

If you haven't tried fajitas on the egg, this is a super EASY cook and well worth the effort.
