Fajita Night

Howdy Gang, fixed up some fajitas for the family and friends tonight. I used Alton Brown's quick marinade and seared the Skirt Steak 90 seconds per side at about 650. The chicken cooked a little longer at much lower temps.

If you haven't tried fajitas on the egg, this is a super EASY cook and well worth the effort.

Looks great, wish I was eating some of those right now. Very nice look to the dish.

I love to put the tortillas over the veggies in the egg thus softening up the shells. The tortillas are also great just cooked on the grate. Unbelievably good flavor but more crisp, they won't roll rather they fold more like a taco.
