Hi Mike, Re my earlier thread on chicken thighs, by the I responded to your question on what sauce we use, the thread was cold. We season the thighs before grilling but may not sauce them until later. I'm not a fan of cold/reheated BBQ sauce. When we do use sauce, it's normally off the shelf stuff. What sauce do you use?
