<p />Put my butt on last night around 7:00 with the dome stable at 225
Got up this morning at 8:00
The dome had ramped to 244
The internal is at 176 and I never touched anything all-night
This is the first time I didn’t have to get up and adjust something thru the night,
Dome stayed between 225 and 227 until the sun came up then has slowly ramped up I think that may be a good thing. I went out and checked everything with my thermo pen and it says the hottest part is 177 and the coolest part is 168 so I moved my redi check probe to the coolest point and will let it ride till it hits 180-185 then pull and foil and put in a warm igloo cooler.
I am about to start the prep work for my ABT's
I found some giant ones at Albertsons Friday night, and that is why I smoked a butt this weekend. You just can’t let exceptionally nice jalapeños go to waste.
