Stuffed Bell Peppers.

My wife made them I did the cooking. Used the stuffing from wessb's site and egged for a aroung a hour @ 350 adding the cheese for the last 5 minutes. Used a a few cherry chips.

Nicely done! I like the yellow peppers for a change. If you like stuffed peppers try some Pablanos sometime with sausage,cheese,bacon and a little chereso sausage.
