First Pulled Pork!!!

Thanks to all the Eggheads for all you input on this forum. It made this cook much less stressful and even the wife lent a hand(I think she likes the EGG) .

Rubbed with DP and Mustard.


On the EGG at 225 grid temp.


Pulled when Bone came loose. (Hint from Isolated1) Internal temp was about 190.


Pulled and Delicious!!!


Sorry couldn't get any plated pics there was a swarm to the Por, lol. Served on Kaiser rolls with Coleslaw and Baked Beans.

Nice job. I have four that are about to come off. Only 9 more degrees. They have been on for 12 hours now.

Whacky, That you see is just a dual temp remote thermo. One probe for pit and one for Meat. I used the wife thermo monitor while I went fishing . I started this cook at 3am and it finished just in time for dinner at 630pm

I was told that four cook the same as one. So I plunged and tried it out. Hardest part was trying to find a way to make them fit.

Both are great. It just depends what you want. I like the Internet monitoring on the stoker, so I got one.
