Thanks to all the Eggheads for all you input on this forum. It made this cook much less stressful and even the wife lent a hand(I think she likes the EGG) ;) .

Sorry couldn't get any plated pics there was a swarm to the Por, lol. Served on Kaiser rolls with Coleslaw and Baked Beans. :)
