Sunshine State Eggfest 2011 dates

Greetings fellow Eggheads and defenders of undersized lobsters. (I know you are out there) lol

We had to make a tough choice. Change the venue or change the dates. When booking the resort for next year's fest, March 11th and 12th were not available. Neither were the next three weekends. Seems some folks are getting hitched. :blink: :S So after many emails and phone calls, the Sunshine State Eggfest 2011 will be held on April 8th and 9th. Everyone indicated that the venue should not be changed. We are VERY sorry, because we know it has affected some our our close egghead friends that won't be able to make it next year.

We are in talks for the dates for the Sunshine State Eggfest 2012 for the month of March 2012. We got lucky and have two weekends available. Please give us some feedback. March 9th and 10th or 16th and 17th? Thanks for all of your support and help.

Thanks Tim, I just got off the phone with the Crowne and I locked in my room and Rebecca's room. I booked the same adjoining rooms as this years fest. So looks like we're going to do a repeat of last year. Prep night in our rooms Fri. night, and the after the after party too. It will be intersting to see who makes Team Hardcoer 2011. :woohoo: :laugh:

Oh, I know it's not too far. It was the case of beer and groceries that I didn't like carrying. We thought it would be easier to take a cab - who would of thought you'd have to wait a couple hours or book a few days in advance. Ha! Ha!

At least we've got lots of notice.

Pat, I wonder what toxins are emitted from incinerated metal? I think I'll more carefully select my cook menù this year to' minimize potential danger to' everyone in my building! Now don't forget to' bring extra wine glasses and a bathing suit for bill. BTW, I have quite a surprize from Firenze for you!

1. No it does't bite.
2. I have no proof, but i believe it is well trained.
But if i were you, i wouldn't let my guard down!!!!!
