Well, I just made my first sale! I cooked two chickens for one person, Dizzy Pig Dust and the other one light salt and pepper only. No smoke, high in dome, direct, 375. Man, they looked good! Turns out my dark chicken problem was from the smoke chips. I am making two quarts of brunswick stew tonight and they are sold at $8/qt. Not bad huh?
