Rib Stars for Chicken. We are making our own for pulled pork, but don't have it down the way we want it yet. FYI, Happy Holla for beef is great.

For chicken breasts, legs, or thighs I prefer Todd's Original Dirt. For wings I like Dizzy Pig's Swamp Venom.
For pork chops or tenderloins I like Dizzy Pig's Redeye Express and Jamaican Firewalk.
For pulled pork I like Dizzy Dust over a thin layer of Bad Byron's Butt Rub. -
RichardFL's Kona,Montreal Seasoning for ALL beef.
Dizzy Dust on Pulled Pork
Cavender's Greek seasoning/DP Shakin the Tree on chicken.
Ribs,still undecided.I never ate a rib I REALLY liked! REALLY! :( -
What? I never had "loney" I liked, there.
BTW, Ragin River on corn.

I use homemade rubs. For anything pork I use the basic KC style rub. For beef I use thirdeye's under his brisket recipe. That covers most of my bases.
-
Hoss...you need to come over for ribs sometime.

Pineapple head is good on corn too! At least 'Loney ain't got no bones in it!!! :P

That is the only thing off the cow/pig/chicken/turkey/ and floor. :woohoo: :woohoo: I crack myself up.

Pork ribs - Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust and John Henry's Pecan
Pork Butt - Bad Byron's Butt Rub
Chicken - Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama
I use all the Dizzy Pig rubs in one way or another - if I was limited to one brand it would be DP. -

for chicken I like Weber's Kick-n-chicken and for ribs I like Weber's Sweet Tangy BBQ
