We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Full Rib Dinner Menu

Well, a lot of ideas were shared and made note of, and here is our final menu, of which I am on the way for the last items to complete (as usual). Ribs, dried white beans cooked with ham hock and a few scraps from the ribs, new potatoes, slaw, onion pie, roast corn on the cob, yeast rolls. Might be a few condiments thrown in last minute style, but this is the it for right now. All you egghead are purdy good folks to know , have a happy fourth and don't forget the Gipper.
