Low Point WW Burgers

Thought I would share our low point burger with you.


3-4 oz ground beef per burger (1 point per oz)
Seasoned with BGE Maple Rub and a little Dizzy Pig.
When almost done, spread 1 triangle of Laughing Cow French Onion cheese on each burger.(1 point per triangle) Spoon on panfried mushrooms on top of cheese.(0 point)
Use the EarthGrains Thin Buns (1 point each)

5-6 points total
