ribeyes for tonight

Hi everyone,
I haven't been egging much with the wife pregnant - she can't stand the smell of meat and smoke. :side:
Picked up some nice ribeyes at Costco tonight after work. Worked out well... T-Rex @ 750* for 1.5 min a side, removed, shut everything down and waited 10-15 minutes, another 2 minutes or so per side. Turned out great, my in-laws like medium and and I like medium rare. Worked out well, one was thinner than the others. Have a great weekend.
