It just seems like only 1/2 a post to show a picture and not describe how the roast was cooked.
Folks, come on. I know you want ooh and aahs over your product, but please take the time to tell us how you cooked it. Time, temp, direct/indirect, seasonings, etc. -

Mine was done straight out of the book and I will do it again. In fact, I may do it Thursday night. EVOO roast, cover it in Raising the Steaks, indirect at 350 until it reaches an internal temp of 145. Will serve with baked potato covered in EVOO and kosher salt, cooked on grid until over 200. Sauteed mushrooms and vidalia onions in butter as side dish. Peach cobbler for desert served with BlueBell Homemade Vanilla Ice cream. Yum!
