Enjoyed a wonderful morning of worship, then turned attention to Easter dinner. Kroger had these monster pork chops on sale--they were begging for that old standby--the Wishbone Italian dressing marinade:
Nothing too fancy on the cook--got the large up to sub-thermonuclear temps to sear both sides for 2 minutes. Following that shut the vents down for another twelve minutes total with several flips:
Nicely joined by some grilled asparagus, as well as fresh bread and Asian salad:
Another couple of weeks until I can share some rose pics:
Hope you all enjoyed a blessed Easter.
