Should the ham go right on the grill? I seem to remember seeing a post where the ham was placed in a tin foil pan with some frozen orange juice concentrate.
Thanks

I like to place them on the grill with a smaller grid on top, throwaway aluminum circle from Wally World circa $. 94. I have a drip pan on elbows or other spacers on top of the legs up plate setter. Have a little liquid in the drip pan just to keep it from burning the liquid and smelling up my meal.
