can i ask about the food? i know some of it is egged, you showed some pics i think of a smoker where you could do larger amounts of ribs. are you getting the quality you like and anything you need to do differently? i think you said they took about 3 hours?

place looks great. i hope the first customer in line is that tool that sent the email to all of us saying it was never going to happen.

Jim (I am not from KC), I doubt I will ever see him. I am cooking the chicken and pit beef on eggs.
Took a couple runs with brisket, but very happy with the results.

Nice job! Would love to see some pics of all the customers and employees. You had said there were 100 people you had to turn away. You need to have one of all your hard working employees, they need a little credit. Also, take a pic when it's in full swing. I will definitely stop in when I'm in the area. Kansas City?
