4 wide drag racing and PIZZAS

First professional 4 cars at once drag races Sunday so naturally that calls for pizza.

Dough resting as it waits for the toppings.


Setup on the egg.


First pizza--the usual hamburger/sausage/onion


Next cleaning out the frig with corned beef/sauerkraut/baby Swiss


580-600 and the first comes off in about 8 minutes


Took the second one off a little sooner


First time at this high temperature and bottoms got a little burnt [a lot burnt in places]. Will probably go back to around 500 next time. Rueben pizza was the best for flavor. Racing got rained out but the eats were good.
