Had both eggs going tonight.

Did the bone-in breasts on the medium. Forgot to take the egg pic, but put Carnivore Chipotle on mine, and Sweet Baby Ray on the wife and kids. I really enjoyed the chipotle, but it would have been too spicy for the rest of the family.

    If you like roasted fennel, you might want to check this one out; fennel, green beans and shallots. Great dish - pretty too!
