I am on a quest to figure out Sliced BBQ. Have cooked pulled pork on egg for 11 years.When I was growing up my mother would say when we went to a Drive-In that you did not know well and wanted a BBQ Sandwich "Always get sliced, because you do not know what is in their chopped". Have always remembered that.
In any event does anyone know of a fantastic recipe for sliced pork--how long to cook and what cut of meat. Recently someone told me to use a cushon from the Shoulder??? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
