I pick up my large BGE this Thursday. I am having a group of people over Sunday for Fathers' Day. I was going to cook a bone-in partially cooked ham in my [gasp] Weber. This is easy and will feed many people. If I have a chance to try my BGE before Sunday and decide to do the ham in it, what temp. and how long should it cook? Thanks, Jim.
