First Pastrami

I did my first pastrami using a Grobbel's corned beef over the last couple of days. It was great! My thanks to thirdeye and all those who have contributed their insights to the forum over the years (yes, I'm stealing a cue from MississippiCoastEgg here). That search feature works great on this end of the state, too. I'd have made pictures, but the results went away too quickly.
