If you're talking about king or snow crab, it's already cooked when you buy them. You're only trying to get them warm enough to eat.

We like to season ours with old bay, wrap loosely with foil and toss them on the egg for just a few (5-10?) minutes after shutting it down from a steak cook. If they are frozen it will take longer obviously.

That sounds like a good plan because we're having steak too
  • yep. they're cooked.

we split them lengthwise, and grill face down for just enough time to get some grill marks. then turn over, and brush them liberally with butter, allowing them just enough time to heat through.

we don't season. nothing gets between the crab and my face but butter.
