Hey all,
Does anyone have the directions. I know how chicken is cooked using this method, is turkey done the same way over direct heat at 300 to 350.

    same as chicken, 350ish on a raised grill, and watch for hotspots so your turkey doesn't get too crispy at the bottom. It helps to rotate the grill 1/4 turn every hour or so.
