I"m doing veggies under spatchcock, and im wondering if putting chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry cooking wine and seasonings would be ok??

I haven't tried using liquid in the veggie tray when doing chicken. The potatoes, onions, and peppers never seemed dry.
Might be a good addition, give it a try, it would be nice to see/hear the results.

I think that would be wonderful. I have smoked with wine soaked wood chips. This leaves a wonderful flavor in the chicken. Oh, I have also smoked with grape vine.
