Ross, now that is a great looking pizza! Love the thin crust and it looks like you hit the whole pie perfect. I am not sure that would get much past the cooks tasting station.
Nice lump level and burn, do you have the turbo grate in there? What dough recipe did you use?

Hey Ross, nice pix, good lookin' pie!
BTW I baked my first loaf of bread - whole wheat. It was tasty but a bit crunchie and didn't rise much - wife had to show me how to kneed the dough and the tecture of a good ball of dough. Next time I'll get some pix. BTW do you grease the DO? -
Great job, look wonderful. I have yet to get a thin crust which we like how did you do it?

That pizza looks great!!! I'm planning just about every night to cook on my egg. I'm just afraid of burning the crust. Does anyone have a good basic red pizza sauce recipe?
-
I knew better than to open your post during lunch Ross. Those last two photos are fantastic: perfect thin crust with a bit of char and a great selection of toppings. Now I'm moping and ready to pitch this ham sandwhich. :(

Thanks Ross, that looks simple enough.

Looks great. I made pizza last night and was not happy with the dough. I'll try yours next time! I was, however, very happy with the sauce. Here's what I used:
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
6 fluid ounces warm water (110 degrees F /45 degrees C)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
