Yes he did a nice job. I would have liked to have seen the meatballs actually cooking on the egg. It was great that he showed a copy of the Big Green Egg Cookbook. I'll have to get that. I got the meatball recipe written down, but didn't get too much of the tomato sauce recipe. Anyone got that?

I believe he is going to post the recorded class to his website so you can watch it again for the sauce recipe.

I thought the show was ok. Would have liked them to show what's cooking on the grill along with a recipe. Overall not bad. Blues hog BBQ sauce is awesome. Always use it to finish my ribs.
