12 Noon Today, (Sat) we'll be webcasting a Big Green Egg cooking demo LIVE from our showroom (in beautiful Downtown Shillington, Pa.).
It's sort of a "test run" so we're only inviting the people on this forum and some select few others so please if you can watch us and send us your comments.
We'll be cooking something easy today because we have a lot of technical issues to deal with but you should find the info useful. Also there will be info that a newbie would appreciate.
If we get a good response, we'll do it again. Hope to see you there , click on this link before 12 noon

Reminder - The on line demo is going now. It seems to be working well. The recipes are for different kinds of meatballs.
Currently there are about 26 viewers. Congrats on getting the live class to work.
