Pork Butt Cooking Times - Ref Only

I posted a couple of days ago requesting information on approx cooking times for pork butts in the 7# range. Thanks to all that responded. For reference to those with similar questions; 7.4# - 12hrs, 7.9# 14hrs. The Egg held steady at 250 dome throughout and both were pulled just shy of 200 internal. Absolutely fabulous!

You can never predict cooking times for butts. Yesterday, my 13.5 pounder, 250 dome, 200 pull temp (more or less) cooked in just over 13 hours. If you have a bunch of people coming for dinner, take your best shot at estimating cook time and hope for the best.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
