You have the right idea of putting a pan of veggies underneath the chicken. I have found that putting the pan on top of the platesetter is too hot. If you have a grill extender,(homemade the better) , then put the grid on top of the plate setter and then put the pan of veggies on top of the grid. Then put on grill extender and put the chickens on that. The chicken is going to be cooked by the heat and your veggies underneath will cook as well but won't get burned. I might be wrong but that was my past experiences with putting a pan directly on top of the platesetter.

Sounds great to me, just be sure there is enough liquid in the veggie holder so as not to burn them, maybe a spacer between the plate setter and the container will help.

thankyou and i do have three green feet on top of the plate setter for space so the veggies won"t burn, is that okay?

i would put spacers between the plate setter and the vggies but or stir them so the botton does not burn. chicken and veggies are a favorite here . click for slide shows
