Deep dish pizza dough recipe and instructions

i am looking for a deep dish pizza dough recipe and baking instructions for a 12" cast iron pan. i did a search and came up with results, but it kind of caused me more confusion.

since i might have a few questions, i figured i would post a new thread, possibly get several recipes and be able to interact.

The recipe I use is posted in the cookbook section under "Baking". You can also see it on the right of your screen under "latest recipes" as "Di's Deep Dish Pizza". Here is a picture of the finished product.
