Looks great to me Bill. Nothing like that focaccia the same day it's made -
Hey Bill, Nice bread. Hope you feel better soon so you can fire up the egg. A little chicken soup with your focaccia would be just the ticket.
Take care. -
so good still warm from the oven/egg.. Ben says i have to make this the next time i make soup ... recommendations for what is left over,, i am thinking cheese and meat wrapped in foil and heated up like a grinder,, or maybe mushroom and cheese ?

thanks clay, see above post ,, ,that is exactly what my younger son said,.. i am anxious to do this on the egg but in a fit of uncharactersitic maturity i decided not to cook in the cold as i have been under the weather comming on 2 weeks..
thinking warm focaccia sliced with fresh garden tomato mozzerela and basil in the middle? -
If there's any left over, tell Ben he's an amateur.
How about the crouton for onion soup?
Slice sideways and make panini? -
the lure of large breasted petite blond girls and beer drew Ben to go out for the evening before he could finish.. but i will tell him.. wish he was here ,, he would eat all of it just to prove the point. and we could laugh as he whined of being stuffed ,, he has yet to learn not to screw around with old men
