I always have problems getting all my ribs in my medium.
I have platesetter legs up and then my rack.
If i use a rib rack the ribs touch the sides and top.
I tried stacking the ribs per an idea I saw in a cook book with questionable results.
Any ideas
thanks

her is three racks of BB on my medium and they comeout fine.

Try rolling them up. This is on my small.

Do you end up moving them around a lot during the cook? I've found that the ribs nearer the edge of the grid end up getting more heat coming up around the PS and am not sure of the best way to handle it without opening the lid so often. Any tips?
