Hi, I got my large for Christmas. Did this rib roast at 275 until it reached 125 internal. Cooled and sliced the next day. Put the slices on at 550 for
1 1/2 min. per side. With a lite smoke of hickory. Absolutely great. I can't believe how food tastes on the egg. Just wanted to share.[http://s843.photobucket.][/img]
