Pork Loin on 2nd cook

Cooked again last night,set temperature at 325 degrees,placed large pork loin on aluminum foil,seasoned with salt,pepper,cilantro,Monterrey jack cheese on top,turned out great.For appetizers,Jalapeno peppers,cut top off cleaned seeds out,stuffed with Monterrey jack cheese and cilantro,wrapped a bacon strip around the peppers sealed top off with tooth pick,these were really tasty if you like the heat!
Won't be cooking tonight,can't make it to easy for my cook !
