Dinner is over!!! Chicken Wings

Sorry no pictures but we have all seen many a cooked wings and wings are wings.
Dusted them with DP Raging River Rub and back into the old ice box for a while. Lit the Big Green Egg Large and let it settle down at 400 but was looking for 375 to busy on the phone, some cooks are very forgiving.
About an hour something later the internal temp was well over 195 according to the Thermapen. That is when I made my salad, when that was done I used my third hand to take all the wings off and remove the adjustable rig and put them back on direct. Then I dipped them in Blues Hog sauce. Then back on direct for a little char and off to the table, While we were eating them I said to KayNOcook, I never new Chicken could be so good, LOUD DRUM ROLL HERE she said B G E
Well I'm still crying as I thought it was all me. :(
