Perfect Sunday

My husband was like a little kid Saturday: "Can we light the egg now, can we, can we?" Finally got the butt on about 6pm. Everything stable at bedtime.
Then came Sunday. First thing in the morning the computer caught a nasty bug that had it coughing and wheezing and throwing up all over the place. Great start, right? Our computer expert friend was gone to church so I took the hint and went also. Sure did a lot of praying. :pinch:
Got home and butt ready to come off. So tender I couldn't even get it off in one piece. Foiled it, put it in a warm oven for a few minutes then shut oven off. Went to work on the computer. Two emails and one phone call later got it on the road to recovery.
TIME TO PULL THE PORK!! Now I fully intended to take pics this time but by then I was so hungry I just tore into that thing. This was our third butt and definitely the best so far. ;)
One question though. I read where some people pull theirs off at 200 but I can never get that high. It seems like it gets to about 192 or so and then starts losing temp. Anyone know why this is happening?
But it is the results that count. Computer is off life support, the Vikings won, and the pork was delish. A perfect Sunday.
