Many eggers have joined us over the past 9 years for the fun of the Greenwood, SC Festival of Discovery BBQ cook-off (http://www.festivalofdiscovery.com).

Don't miss Food Network's Challenge show this Sunday Jan 17 at 8 PM. The show is titled 'Great American BBQ Showdown' and was filmed in Greenwood during the Festival this past summer. Show features 4 bbq teams in a 'challenge' format. Teams are Checkered Pig (Martinsville, VA), Bub-ba-Q (Jasper, GA), Divine Smoke (Greenwood, SC) and Black Jack Barbecue (Charleston, SC).

    i will try to make it this year to the festival but i don't think i will help any competetors this time since i was bad luck last time :pinch:

    Yep. Could not imagine life without an egg. Don't spend as much time cooking as I'd like to. I have been making a number of batches of ABT's lately. Still want to buy a guru for some longer cooks ;)
