Howdy...
Heres how i just used some of yesterdays leftover pulled pork
Fired up the small egg and while it was heating up i mixed some Pork with grated cheddar, onions and barbecue sauce and then rolled that into a simple dough. Put it on the egg at 450 F and added some more cheddar on top when it was almost done.
Good stuff !
Cheers !

Oh my, oh my does that look good. Did you cook that dough direct? I've never even given that consideration. Interesting thought.
Did you flip them halfway through? -

I cooked them with the plate setter but flipped em anyway cause it was radiating a lot of heat upwards.
Next time i´ll try the pizza stone.

I don't know, brother. I love the way it turned out, cooking it on the grid. I think it has a more exciting appearance that way. I think you've got a good thing going here...no pizza stone necessary.
So you had the plate setter legs up, with the grid on that, and just placed the rolls on the grid? -
Now that looks very interesting! Thanks for posting.

Brilliant Don!
Can't wait to try that! -
I'll be the first to buy your cookbook when you come out with one, Don.

I happen to have some left over butt. I guess I need to make some simple dough and go for it. Thanks, Tim

Don is that simple dough a pizza dough? Let's put it this way how did you make your simple dough? For give me Oby Wan Kenoby, Tim
Like this only use it right away or do you have to let it rise?

That was a really basic dough - flour, salt, oil, water and a bit of sugar so yes, almost a pizza dough.
I let it rise for a short time, then rolled the pork into it, basted with butter and let sit 30 minutes.
Careful, this can be really fragile.
