Pork Tenderloin, its whats for dinner

Continuing to work my way through a long list of first cooks. Tonight was Pork Tenderloin. Tomorrow is Flank Steak fajitas.

Picked up the standard 2 pack tenderloin from Publix and wrapped one in bacon and the other got a light mustard coat with Butt Rub. Cooked direct, raised grid, at about 375.

Turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. Next time I'll probably pull them off closer to 140.
